By creating an account or using LaVelaTarot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

LaVelaTarot provides AI-powered tarot readings through a web application. The service includes card draws, AI-generated interpretations, reading history, pattern tracking, and a daily card feature. Availability of features depends on your subscription tier (Free, Plus, or Oracle).

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

LaVelaTarot is for entertainment purposes only. Readings are generated by artificial intelligence and do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on tarot readings. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid email address and maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use this service
• One account per person — automated or bot-driven usage is prohibited

5. Payment & Refunds

Paid subscriptions (Plus and Oracle) are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. One-time purchases (such as single Celtic Cross readings) are non-refundable once the reading has been generated.

6. Intellectual Property

The LaVelaTarot name, logo, card artwork, and platform design are the intellectual property of LaVelaTarot. AI-generated interpretations are provided for your personal use. You may share readings publicly using the built-in sharing feature, but you may not reproduce or redistribute the platform's content at scale.

7. Limitation of Liability

LaVelaTarot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated readings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of LaVelaTarot shall be resolved in the courts of London, England.
